About

I am a cisgender female Psychology student at the University of Washington in Seattle. Besides being a self-identified liberal, I am an avid Third Wave Feminist who wants to change the world. For those of you who don’t follow feminist blogs and history, Third Wave Feminism takes a more intersectional approach- considering race, class, gender, and sexuality in our discussions and policies. TWFs also assert that the patriarchy hurts everyone, including men, for it upholds strict standards for what “feminine” and “masculine” looks like. In this blog I will talk about current events, relevant things I have learned in class, the content of other blogs, and of course, my own personal opinions. ^
